Due to current market conditions and lower occupancy levels, the resort is operating with a reduced number of facilities and outlets until further notice. As occupancy and guest demand increase, additional restaurants, bars, leisure facilities and recreational areas may reopen. From 1 January 2026, a set menu with an additional charge was introduced at Laguna Beach Taverna. From 1 February 2026, the set menu will be discontinued and replaced with a deposit of AED 115.00 per person. The deposit can be used to order dishes from the menu under the terms that were in effect before 1 January 2026. An additional charge applies to the festive dinner on 31 December 2026: AED 2500.00 per adult, AED 1750.00 per child aged 13–21, and AED 900.00 per child aged 6–12. An additional charge may also apply for extra guests, depending on the hotel’s accommodation policies. At check-in, guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, or provide a cash deposit to cover incidental charges. Credit cards, debit cards and cash are accepted. Cashless payments are also available. UAE residents are required to present a valid Emirates ID at check-in. Driver’s licenses are not accepted. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Connecting rooms are available subject to availability and can be requested through the hotel administration using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Special requests are subject to availability at check-in, may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed. Pool access is available from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Massage and spa treatments must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel administration before arrival using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to access the spa. The city tax is specified per room and depends on the number of rooms. Pets and service animals are not allowed at the hotel. Restaurants and Bars Manava is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Maui Beach Restaurant is open daily from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Olivier’s Lounge is open daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Replay is open daily from 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM. Porterhouse Bar & Grill is open daily from 06:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The World Eatery serves lunch from Friday to Sunday from 12:30 PM to 05:00 PM and dinner from Friday to Saturday from 06:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge is closed for the summer. Moana and Hong Loong are temporarily closed. Sports and Recreation Facilities The gym is open 24 hours a day for in-house guests. Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. The Lobby/Leisure Desk is open Friday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM. The sauna and steam room are unavailable during unmanned hours. Dawn activities are temporarily suspended until further notice. The Kids Club Pool is open daily from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Children’s activities and the play area are available throughout the week. From Monday to Thursday, activities are held on the ground floor only, and Soft Play is closed. From Monday to Sunday, children’s activities operate as usual and Soft Play is open. Outdoor activities are unavailable. Pools and Beach The Main Pool is open daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Beach 1 is open daily from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Slide Pool and Egg Pool are open Friday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Apartment Pool and Beach 2 are open Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Effective September 7, 2026, the meal plan includes the Moana restaurant: Half Board and Full Board rates do not include beverages (including water, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks). Breakfast is served buffet-style at the Manava restaurant. Half Board and Full Board plans include a daily dining credit for each adult and child over the age of 12. This credit applies to food items only. Children under 12 dine for free when selecting from the children's menu and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Lunch is available at Maui Pool & Beach, Olivier’s Lounge, In-Room Dining, The World Eatery, and Moana. Dinner is available via In-Room Dining and at Olivier’s Lounge, The World Eatery, Moana, Porterhouse Bar & Grill, and Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge. Dining options include à la carte (Dine Around) or buffet service. For lunch, guests may choose The World Eatery or Moana. Dinner options include the Manava buffet (with live cooking stations), The World Eatery, Moana, and Porterhouse Bar & Grill. Table reservations are required in advance and are subject to availability. Unused Half Board allowances do not carry over to the next day and cannot be accumulated. Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included. Lunch or dinner on the day of departure is not included.
